20/2/2025 Added neighbour buttons and an Art page. Will be updated once I get some more proper illustrations done. I've been thinking about depicting Felix in a couple of cliche bad-luck scenerios anyway.
15/2/2025 The first 3 pages of chapter 2 have been uploaded!! :D I started work last week, and it's quite exhausting but I think I'll be able to work on the next chapter, though progress will be a bit slower. But I'm very motivated, since my job isn't very creatively stimulating.
30/1/2025 The last pages of chapter 1 have been uploaded! ^^ That's 24 pages in total. It should be the shortest chapter though. I hope I'll be able to regularly work on this comic while starting my new job next week. Thank you for everyone's support, means the world!
27/1/2025 Added some more features and gifs, hope you enjoy them as much as I do :-) New pages have been uploaded as well, we're up to page 19 now. Chapter 1 should be finished with the next 4 to 5 pages I'd say. Might be longer if I decide to add in a little teaser for upcoming plot. We'll see.

19/1/2025 Major reworking of the site complete! Much nicer and more interesting layout, it should also be easier to add more stuff later on. Hope you all like the new changes!! The redrawn pages have yet to be uploaded, so note that the Comic viewer isn't yet up to pace. I think I'd only upload them once I've reached the end of the chapter. Dialogue got updated and changed, as well as structure over all.
10/1/2025 Complete redrawing of the released pages on the way. I'm using a different art style that should save a lot of time, with only lineart and shading (plus the occasional vibrant colors). THe website is being reworked to accomodate the style change, and there's a lot in general that i want to change. Wish you all a happy new year :-)
23/10/2024 The Comic Viewer has been added, pages 14-19 have been uploaded!! Around 3 more and that should be it for chapter 1. New Music has been added as well.
26/9/2024 New pages have been uploaded! Pages 10-13. Hope you enjoy! Will soon update the site so the Comic will be viewed on a seperate page from the homepage. Music will also differ depending on the pages you're reading. My friend has made some new tracks for later in the story, I'm so excited!!

31/8/2024 Currently, I'm building the website and working on the start of the comic. The first 10 pages have been completed. Writing and storyboarding future pages is also an ongoing process. A friend of mine has created some music that I’m free to use, which will be implemented soon as well.

INTRODUCTION

PECHVOGEL is a webcomic in development that follows the story of a young man trying to understand his seemingly endless bad luck.

The term "Pechvogel" is a German word that translates to “unlucky person” or “person with bad luck” in English. It combines "Pech" (which means "bad luck" or "misfortune") with "Vogel" (which means "bird"). So, a "Pechvogel" is someone who seems to attract misfortune or is often in unlucky situations.
